Senior Project Manager

Your role

The person we are looking for will join the team that deals with special projects and new business, as well as QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment) processes, based in La Spezia, reporting to the group's department director. After an initial period of theoretical and on-the-job training, they will work full time and be responsible for:

• Analyzing, processing, and verifying data from company information systems in the field to monitor the proper functioning of business processes and identify areas for possible optimization or improvement;
• Suggesting and implementing improvements to existing processes, involving the departments concerned;
• Joining the team responsible for improvement projects related to existing businesses; 
• Joining the team engaged in new business development, preparing budgets and the necessary documentation to participate in international tenders and selection processes.
• Perform internal audits in group companies in Italy and abroad in Croatia, Morocco, and Greece;
• Actively participate in the management and maintenance of the group's QSHE system, with increasing responsibilities;
• Collaborate in the drafting/updating and implementation of procedures and operating instructions in order to define and improve the group's best practices and operating standards;
• Organizing and conducting staff training and education activities.
